At Halalables, customer satisfaction and product quality are very important to us. Because our meals are perishable, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
Refunds may be considered only if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or unsafe to consume.
To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@halalable.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photographs showing the product and any visible damage.
Refund requests without sufficient proof may not be approved.
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
